Trane dealer installed a new Trane heat pump system in Summer 2016. I regret I did not read the reviews online. The system started having problems in winter 2018. Dealer checked it and said the heater in air handler was broken and needed replacement. Then defrost board and fan motor in heat pump were found broken.Anyways the outdoor EEV control board is flashing 3 different faults. 3 flashes (suction transducer fault) then 8 flashes (superheat) then 9 (compressor may not be pumping). I verified the transducer was only reading .34 DC volts at 140 psi which calls for 1.4 DC.
